* If credit card automatic payment is enabled, payment processing will be executed the day before or on the day of expiration. If you want to cancel your order, please cancel at least 3 days before the expiration date of the subscription.

* If the automatic renewal setting is enabled, an order will be created again the next day. If you do not create an order, please disable the automatic renewal setting.

If you want to cancel your order, you can not cancel it, so please ask us to delete your order by support email. If your subscription expires during holidays, please request cancellation of the order as early as possible during the business hours before holidays. Please be sure to provide the order number of the order you want to cancel.
