If you want to create a renewal order manually or change the plan or subscription period at the time of subscription renewal, please create a renewal order according to the following procedure.
If a renewal order has already been created, delete the renewal order before proceeding.
- Log in to the control panel.
- Select "Account" from the menu on the left side of the screen, and select "Subscriptions".
- Select the contract you want to renew.
- Click the "RENEW" button.
- Select the contract period and press the "RENEW" button.
- Select the payment method (you can pay by bank transfer / Visa / Master card / JCB / AmericanExpress / DINERS / Paypal) and press the "Order" button.
- When the message "Renewal order #RN ******* has been accepted" appears, creation is complete.
