Please check by using the checking tool whether it is possible to communicate with the following TCP port.

Take the following steps from the command prompt baas_port_checker.exe.
Save " baas_port_checker.exe" to C drive directly under.
Open a command prompt, enter the following.
c:\baas_port_checker.exe -u=username -p=password
( Please replace User name and location of the password with your information.)

In the case of Linux
download the msp_port_checker_en-us_x86 (3.96 MB)
From the item of the attached files in this bottom of the page.

Run the following command.
./msp_port_checker_en-US_x86 -u = account

If the ports are all usable, it'll be showed "ok" like the below,
Check for jp-baas.acronis.com 443 Ok
Check for jp-baas.acronis.com 7787 Ok
Check for baas-st01.jpnsv.net 44445 Ok
Check for jp-bc-baas.acronis.com 8443 Ok

If there is a not usable port, it'll show "FAILED" as below,
Please check communication in the router or firewall is not restricted.
