When you want to cancel order which you have not paid yet, please follow this method.

  1. Login control panel

  2. "Account" => "Orders and Invoices"

  3. Select a number you want to cancel in "Unpaid" list.

  4. Select "CANCEL ORDER"
  5. Select "CANCEL"
