We provide support during our business hours (weekdays from 10:00am to 3:00pm) for work and surveys that are not specified in the scope of support (e.g., dealing with server intrusion, updating PHP, etc).

We will respond to your request for paid spot support in the order requested. Please note that we may not be able to respond to your request on the same day.


Basic Fee
 
  10,000 ~ yen (excluding tax) / hour
*As stated in Article 23 of the Terms of Use, we do not support explanations of general knowledge published in the literature or on the Internet.
*If you need to change the settings of the server in order to solve the problem, we may provide additional paid spot support.
*Please understand that we may leave out details of problem solving except for items related to our own specifications.

Premium Support 

When technical problems occur on the server, such as application errors, mail not being delivered, hard to connect to the site, heavy, etc., our technicians will login to the server and investigate the cause of the problem on behalf of the customer, which used to require investigation by the customer.
If you have knowledge and experience in server operation and can perform internal investigation by yourself, it is not necessary, however, if you have difficulty in performing internal investigation by yourself, we recommend you to subscribe to this service.
Our investigative services are available only during weekday business hours (weekdays from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm).
An additional after-hours fee will be charged for out-of-hours investigations conducted outside of business hours, even if you subscribe to our premium support service.

A per-server contract is available for VPS, Tsukaeru Cloud and Dedicated Server.
