1. Login to the control panel.
2. Select [Services] from the top menu, then select [My Services]. Select the VPS service you want to view the IP adress.
3. Move to the bottom of the webpage, and find the section [Interfaces], where it shows the IP adress that the VPS has.
Cloud VPS is assigned with a static public IP adress, and a shared private IP adress.
Private IP adress cannot be used to connect from external environment.
When you connect to the server or plesk using root/administrator, you need to allocate the public IP adress to the website.
