1. Login to the control panel.


2. Select [Services] from the top menu, then select [My Services]. Select the VPS service you want to manage. 


3. You can control the system by using the buttons at the [Service Actions] section inside the [Server Information] tab.



Avaiable actions are as below :

Please be patient, as each action might take a while before they fully complete the process.


  1. Shutting down VPS : click [Pause VM].
    After a while, the system status will change to [Paused], it indicates that the process is done.

    DO NOT MISTAKE THIS AS [STOP VPN],  as if selected, it will delete the VPN.

  2.  Activating VPS : click [Unpause VM]. 
    After a while, the system status will change to [Active], it indicates that the process is done. 

  3.  Rebooting VPS : You can select from [Soft Reboot] and [Hard Reboot].

    [Soft Reboot]  : A regular reboot process.
    [Hard Reboot] : A forced reboot. It will stop all of the active proram, without doing their regular shutdown process before it is reactivated.

    If you run a hard reboot, it may cause the system to not work properly. Please make sure to check if it is a necessary action before you activate this command.
