1. Login control panel and click "Admins" from "Account".
  2. Click "Add New Admin".
  3. Input user information and click "Next".
  4. If you want the user to be administrator, check "Full Access". Then click "Finish" and you will complete making a login user.

    To limit contract using or user information changing, check follow sentence.

  5. "Home" -> "Admins" -> user name

  6. Click "Manage Advanced Setting"

  7. Click "Managed Subscriptions"

  8. Click "Restrict Access".

  9.  If you check a contract, the user couldn't use the contract.

    Check contracts and then click "Send".
