Q: How do I proceed with payment for Tsukaeru Cloud?

A: Tsukaeru Clouds service differs from the usual fixed plan services, as you pay only for resources you have really used.

Flow of the billing for Tsukaeru Cloud

  1. Total used resources in a given month will be calculated at the end of that month.
  2. On the 1st of the following month a new invoice for the Cloud service will be automatically created.
    You can find it in: Tsukaeru Central Control Panel > Account > Financial Documents > Invoices & Payment History
    *Invoice will be also send to your registered email address, so please check both.
  3. Invoice's settlement day is also payment deadline so be sure to pay before the shown date.
