Q: Where can I check documents' (orders, payments, invoices) details?
A: To see details of your financial documents please follow the below instructions:
- Log in to your Control Panel and open “Account” tab.
Click “Financial Documents” in “Account” panel.
Please choose document type from tabs:
– Unpaid Orders & Invoices – unpaid orders and invoices
– Open & Pending Orders – orders put on hold, waiting for auto-renewal, etc.
– Invoices & Payments History – history of previous payments and invoices
– Order History – history of previously issued orders
- You can see more detailed information by clicking a document or order number.
